This installs a small support service on this computer so your technician can work on it. It stays installed, and your technician can connect to it at any time, until it is removed.

Code

1. Open the file from your Downloads folder.
2. If Windows says it protected your PC, choose More info, then Run anyway. That is expected; your technician is on the line.
3. Windows asks whether to allow changes to this device. Choose Yes.
4. Tell your technician when it has finished.
